Orison

Orison- Noun. A prayer [from Old French oreison, from Late Latin ōrātiō, from Latin: speech, from ōrāre to speak] Don’t you just love epistemology?

The label on the brick wall above the steaming vents still hung, ragged, curled at the edges, the words faded. Scrawled in permanent marker intoning the temple of words.
